- One location vs. other locations
- One doctor vs. other doctors
- One nurse vs. other nurses
The top performers should be recognized and rewarded. It can be a bonus check or a gift card to their favorite destination.
It’s not to say that healthcare personnel won’t do everything they can to perform well under normal circumstances, but if there is a tangible possibility for a bonus and recognition then it’s more likely that employees will work harder and do more to ensure that patients have a positive experience throughout their treatment.
